We strive to offer the highest uptime we can, however, that always isn't possible. Whenever there's an outage or different problem, customers like to remain informed and up-to-date on the situation. Previously, we would use try to use emails and Discord however they have proven to not be the best solution for status updates.
We felt it was necessary to improve this, so we decided to deploy a website where you can check the status of our services. Our new status page is accessible at status.dashflo.net. Whenever we plan maintenance or if there's an issue, we'll post on our status page so it's easier for customers to stay updated and in-the-loop.
