How to set rDNS records?

If you'd like to set an rDNS (Reverse DNS) record entry for IPs assigned to a VPS or dedicated server, please open a ticket and specify what you'd like the record to be, for example, mail.example.org, along with the IP address if you have multiple registered to the service.
